这道菜原本是上个月要煮的,可是我临时又改变了计划,鸡腿被逼去雪藏了,哈哈哈!这个星期买了嫩姜,做了我喜欢的姜茸蒸鸡腿肉。
材料
2只 菜园鸡腿-斩件 (Chicken drumstick - cut into pieces)
腌料
1茶匙 盐 (Salt)
少许 麻油 (Sesame oil)
1汤匙 嫩姜茸 (Minced ginger, use young ginger)
1盖 绍兴酒 (Shaoxing rice wine)
烹调
5汤匙 嫩姜茸 (Minced ginger, use young ginger)
1盖 绍兴酒 (Shaoxing rice wine)
装饰
少许 青葱 (Spring onion)
少许 炸香葱头仔 (Deep fried shallots)
步骤
1. 把鸡肉洗净,沥干,加入腌料腌至少半小时。
2. 煮滚一锅水,把腌好的鸡腿肉排入碟里,不要重叠,铺上姜茸和绍兴酒,放入锅里小火蒸
20分钟,蒸好后,关火,撒上青葱盖上焖一下,取出时撒上炸香葱头仔,即可。

铺在碟里
水滚后,才可放进锅里蒸
放进锅里
蒸好后,加入青葱,再盖上盖焖住一下(大概30秒),不要开火
撒上炸葱,就可以吃了
看就知道很香,配饭就好 :D
